SERVICEABILITY
- Returns and exchanges are subject to reverse pickup availability at your pincode. If reverse pickup is not available, our team will share the return address and next steps. Self-shipment charges will be reimbursed upon receipt and verification.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
- If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Email us with your order number and photos where applicable.
