Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fennecfox.in with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour within 7 days of delivery.

Serviceability for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to reverse pickup availability at your pincode. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, our team will contact you with the return address and further instructions. Shipping charges for self-shipment will be reimbursed once the return is received and verified.
