At Fennec Fox, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities and towns: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for the latest offer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the courier's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@fennecfox.in with your order number and photos (if applicable).
