SHIPPING —
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up the next business day.
- We currently ship across India. International shipping isn't available just yet.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days | Non-metro cities & towns: 5–7 business days
- Free shipping is available on eligible orders — you'll see it applied at checkout.
- Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it home.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again. Should the package return to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS —
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

EXCHANGES —
- Not the right size or colour? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Use our returns portal to request an exchange — it's quick and easy.

SERVICEABILITY —
- Returns and exchanges are subject to reverse pickup availability at your pincode. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, our team will contact you with the return address and further instructions. Shipping charges for self-shipment will be reimbursed once the return is received and verified.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS —
- If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Click here to email us with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll take it from there.
